MOG Coffee Roasters operates this online store and website. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our coffee and related products to you.

2. Our Coffee and Products

We do our best to accurately describe and display our products.

Because coffee is a natural product, flavour, aroma, appearance, and other characteristics may vary between harvests, lots, and roasts. Product packaging may also change from time to time.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, packaging, availability, or quantities without prior notice.

We may also discontinue a product or limit quantities when necessary.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from MOG Coffee Roasters.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been prepared or shipped.

4. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices on our Canadian store are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information when making a purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

MOG Coffee Roasters currently focuses on shipping within Canada.

Orders of $75 CAD or more qualify for free shipping within Canada. For orders below $75, we offer Xpresspost flat-rate shipping, with the shipping charge displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your MOG Coffee order.

Return requests may be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Because coffee is a food product, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used coffee.

All returns must be approved by MOG Coffee Roasters before being sent back.

If your return is approved, we will privately provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not mail a return before contacting us.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a photograph of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The MOG Coffee Roasters name, MOG branding, logos, original photographs, graphics, product designs, website content, written materials, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to MOG Coffee Roasters unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

Shopify and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as payment processing, shipping, analytics, and ecommerce functionality.

We are not responsible for the independent content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

MOG Coffee Roasters is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and MOG Coffee Roasters.

Shopify provides the ecommerce technology supporting our store but is not the seller of MOG Coffee Roasters products.
